I had a great night, especially loved the modern design and the included breakfast buffet, which was quite good, although it didn’t change much during my stay.

The views from the hotel are fantastic, especially the panoramic sights of the old town and the beautiful baroque cathedral. The spa area is surprisingly good, providing an excellent space to unwind after a busy day.

Housekeeping is a bit of a letdown. returning to a room that hasn’t been made up until late in the day is frustrating. Breakfast can be chaotic, marked by long lines at the coffee machine and insufficient supplies , which is surprising for this caliber of hotel.

Breakfast was nice but a bit pricey for what was offered. a good choice for breathtaking views and a central location, but some attention to detail would improve the experience.

Incredible views, but no air con

I woke up to spectacular views of the Aare River each morning, and the location made exploring Solothurn a breeze. The staff was friendly and provided a warm welcome overall.

Unfortunately, our room was stifling hot without air conditioning, making sleep quite uncomfortable. the church bells chimed every hour and could be disruptive at night.

Had a great time with friends! The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed exploring local attractions like the summer opera performances and the Solothurn Film Festival. The location is perfect, close to the train station, making it easy to get around. Our room was spacious and equipped with all we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend this spot for a group holiday!

Our main issue was that the breakfast is extra. it costs 30 francs per person, which felt a bit steep given the price.

Just a nice choice for short stay in Solothurn with extraordinarily good value for money. The garage was full, but street parking was somehow available nearby. Always ask the staff about parking options in advance.

Wi-Fi was inconsistent, but the air conditioning kept the room comfortable.
